Terms and Conditions

The Designer Lingerie Club.com website is provided for personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between Designer Lingerie Club.com and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Scotland and you and Designer Lingerie Club.com irrevocably submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. No contract will subsist between you and Designer Lingerie Club.com for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Designer Lingerie Club.com accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has despatched your lingerie.


How to pay for your order

At the Designer Lingerie Club.com complete security for customer transactions is our primary concern. We want you to have as much faith in the security of your transaction as you do our products and services. We at the Designer Lingerie Club.com offer a secure ordering facility. All credit card transactions are guaranteed to be secure. We ask you to provide your name, address, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. The credit /debit card details will be used for the delivery address unless you specify an alternative delivery address for your order.


Taxes

All goods within the UK are charged at VAT 17.5% all the prices quoted on the Designer Lingerie Club.com are inclusive of VAT. Please note that any overseas orders may be subject to further taxes and import duties. These charges are out of our control and will vary from country to country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Cancellation

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order at any point within 7 working days from the date you placed the order. To cancel an order you must e-mail us at info@designerlingerieclub.com stating your order number and instruction to cancel. If we have already dispatched your goods then you must return the items without unpacking them as soon as possible to the return address at your own expense. We wil not refund the cost of delivery. Once we have received the goods, or if they were not dispatched and we have received notification to cancel, any sum debited from your credit/debit card will be refunded to your account as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of receipt of your returned goods. If you cancel your order and we do not receive the items back from you then we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of the goods from your credit/debit card. Designer Lingerie Club.com reserve the right to cancel the contract with our customer's if we have insufficient stock to fullfil the order. In addition if the goods ordered were incorrectly priced due to information received by our suppliers or any typographical error in the update of the site. If we cancel the contract we will notify you by e-mail and will refund any sum deducted by us from you credit/debit card as soon as possible and in case within 30 days of your order. We will not be required to provide any additional compenstation.

Returns and Exchange

We are sure you will be pleased with your order but if not , we will delighted to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days. The product you return must have all labels intact and be unwashed and unworn. There should be no marks on the item or the tags. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before returning goods or we will not be able to process your return. Items purchased within the sale are non refundable but are if they are not suitable able to be returned with Authorisation Code . Any items within the sale are not part of any other promotional offer or subject to further discounts from other promotions. Please be aware that post, packing and gift wrapping will not be refunded.
